We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba® Toning

The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! 

 

Perfect for: Those who want party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define your muscles.
