Zumba® Fitness

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and Wold rhythms take over, you will see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba® Toning

The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

Piloxing® 

PILOXING cardio fusion is the brainchild of Swedish dancer and celebrity trainer Viveca Jensen and the culmination of her mission to physically and mentally empower individuals through fitness. At the core of the PILOXING fitness programs is that every individual is powerful and can attain the self-image they want by taking charge of their health.

In 2009, Piloxing, LLC began providing group fitness programs using the most current science based on cutting edge research and techniques that burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina. The PILOXING brand identifies these programs, which are built on an interdisciplinary system of incorporating boxing, dance and standing pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components create a sense of balance that is physical and mental.

 

In May of 2010, the Piloxing Academy, LLC was created to educate and license fitness professionals to teach PILOXINGfitness programs. Since then the Academy has certified over ten thousand PILOXING® instructors in over 50 countries around the world. Following the success of the PILOXING SSP, the original PILOXING cardio workout, the Academy launched its 2nd program, PILOXING Barre, in January of 2014, and its 3rd program, PILOXING Knockout, in February 2015, providing a variety of formats to suit different exercise preferences.
